Click on the title for more details.

As additional information to the update from Feb 7th regarding the Panzerkampfgruppe Strachwitz, I am happy to let you know that there are a limited number of autographed stickers by Michael Pruett available. One will be included with each order for his book.

Dear Friends:

Some important news, and a surprise, for all of you today. I am happy to report that the two new JJ Fedorowicz Publishing books are on the way to Winnipeg! Charging Knights on the Eastern Front: The Combat History of schwere Panzer-Abteilung 505 and Combat History of the 17. SS-Panzer-Grenadier-Division Gotz von Berlichingen, Volume 2 should arrive here at the beginning of March and will be shipped immediately. As is standard for the publishing industry, there were a few glitches and delays, but I hope that you will find the final product worth it.

And now the surprise I have been promising. Due to popular demand, I am reprinting an excellent book long out of print: Panzergruppe Strachwitz: A Photographic Study of the Battles for the “Ostsack” and “Westsack”, Narva 1944. This book contains fantastic photographs of armour from Panzer-Grenadier-Division “Feldherrnhalle” and Tigers from schwere Panzer-Abteilung 502. That is where Tiger ace Otto Carius fought (the action is described in his book Tigers in the Mud). This book will be arriving with the two books mentioned above, so you can save on shipping if you add it to the pile (only another $5.00).

Lastly. The book Camouflage and Markings of the Panzerwaffe should reach us also at the beginning of March. I know that it has been a while since it was announced so here is the best way to take care of your orders: If you ordered the book and still want it, do nothing, we will send it when it comes in. If you have a new credit card, or if your credit card’s expiry date is now passed, please re-order the books, mention that you are just giving us the new information and do not want 2 copies. If you no longer want the book, please send an e-mail stating so, and give me the order number.

I hope to hear from you soon, more great books are on the way.

Have a nice weekend, John

Dear Friends:

Today we offer you two new titles! From Casemate (should have in stock by end of month) we offer From the Realm of a Dying Sun Volume 1, IV. SS Panzerkorps and the Battles for Warsaw, July – November 1944. Also, we just received a limited number of Nuts & Bolts 43 – “FAMO’s Sd.Kfz. 9 18 ton Zugkraftwagen, Armoured and Unarmoured Variants.”

A SAD PASSING: Unfortunately, it is with great sadness that I need to inform my friends and customers that several days ago Roger J Bender passed away. A pioneer in military history book publishing, Roger started his business in the 1960s and quickly became a force in the industry. He published many high-quality books and I became a big fan. In fact, I always wanted my books to approach his standard. As a result, I chose to use his format for our books, discarded dust jackets, and opted for acid free paper.

Thank you Roger for all the help and advice over the years; Above all, thank you for being a true friend. Rest in Peace.

John Fedorowicz

Dear Friends:

A big Happy New Year to all our friends. Much health, happiness and prosperity in 2020 to you and your family.

To start, a big announcement here at JJ Fedorowicz Publishing. I wish to extend a Happy Retirement to Sharron. Her 17 years of dedicated work is appreciated and her presence will be missed.

Today we are offering two new titles from Maranes Editions. We have just received a limited number of each title. Even though their books are in French only, the number of photos and documents make them a must to own for anyone interested in the Waffen-SS divisions. Previous books from this publisher have gone out of print quickly, so first come, first served. They are:

PANZERDIVISION HITLERJUGEND 1.1, Volume I: 24/6/43 – 5/6/44, Belgique – France details the formation of some of the division elements up to the Invasion of Normandy.

PANZERDIVISION HITLERJUGEND 1.2, Volume II: 6/6 – 7/7/44, Invasionsfront details the fighting of the same elements in Normandy from June 6 to July 7 1944 (the 4 Battles for Caen).

I should have more books for you soon, as well as information on the 2 coming books. In that shipment we will also have a surprise reprint of one of our older titles.

Have a nice weekend,

John Fedorowicz

November 6 2019

Dear Friends:

A bit of information on a new book, news on arriving Trojca books, and a reminder.

We have just received Tank Battles In East Prussia and Poland 1944-1945, nice quality publication on battles that up to now have not been covered very well.

Also, we have been informed that three Trojca books (a reprint, and two new ones) will be arriving here next week. So, if you have not reserved your copies yet, better hurry as we will not be overstocking these titles. This is also an opportunity to add some other books, which lowers the shipping cost per book.

Lastly, a reminder that the deadline for ordering our next two titles at a discount will arrive at the end of day, Nov 11. So, do not delay and save a bit of cash.

Hoping to hear from you soon, John and Sharron.

October 18 2019

Dear Friends:

Great News! We are announcing today the pre-publication offer for two new titles from J.J. Fedorowicz Publishing. This offer is in effect until end of day November 10, 2019. If you take advantage of the pre-pub offer you will be charged now and save some money. If you order the books after the offer expires (or indicate that you want to be charged when the books are shipped) you will pay the full price. Both books are expected to arrive in mid-January and will be shipped together. Click on the title for price and details.

The first title, a labour of love from Mr. Dale Ritter, is Charging Knights on the Eastern Front: The Combat History of schwere Panzer-Abteilung 505. This excellent unit history is the fourth welcome addition to our catalogue of Tiger unit histories. As a bonus to our loyal customers, the first 200 books will have a special numbered sticker signed by the author, to be affixed to a signature box inside the book. There is no extra charge for it.

The second title is Combat History of the 17. SS-Panzer-Grenadier-Division “Gotz von Berlichingen” Volume 2 by Hans Stöber. There will be a third volume in the near future.

Now that these two are completed, we are starting work on the next two excellent titles. We should be able to announce them next year.

We look forward to hearing from you. Have a nice weekend, John and Sharron

September 13, 2019

Dear Friends:

It has been a very busy few weeks, and now here are two more titles from Helion Publishing to ruin your budget. The first, initially announced around three years ago, is the long awaited III. Germanic SS Panzer-Korps: The History of Himmler’s Favourite SS Panzer-Korps 1943-1945 Volume 1. This book has now morphed into a large 2-volume set. The second book is Killing Hitler’s Reich: The Battle for Austria 1945. Click on the links for more details and to see the covers.

Both promise to deliver a lot of new information for those interested in the Waffen-SS. We will be putting in our order on Monday and should have them here by Sept. 26th. Since in the past some popular titles have gone immediately out of stock at the distributor we encourage you place your order by Sunday to reserve your copy/copies.

Have a nice weekend, John and Sharron

August 20 2019

Dear Friends:

Well, we are pleased to announce another new book from Waldemar Trojca: Soviet Union Air Aces 1941 – 1945. This monster is the first in his new series, History of the Great Patriotic War. It covers 381 pilots, their wartime careers (including the Russo-Finnish War and the War against Japan in the East), their aircraft and the decorations they were awarded, especially the Hero of the Soviet Union. The book is the usual hard cover, large format and includes 768 pages, 1,043 photographs, 406 tables, 784 color profiles, 26 color drawings of decorations, and 110 color drawings of military ranks. Also included is an A0 size color map that shows all Russian and German air units on 22 June 1941. English/German text. Cost is $170.00, a bargain when you consider the contents, the fact that it is the first such exhaustive study of this subject, and that the Soviet pilots (including women) carried a major load of the fighting in the early part of the air war. Their contribution must be recognized.

This book is expected to arrive in November, together with Trojca’s Aircraft Carriers of the Imperial Navy and Army Vol 1, and his edited reprint of Japanese Hybrid Warships, which you can still order. You can reserve your copy of this limited edition now (we expect to put in only 1 order) and you will not be charged until it is in stock and ready to ship.
