We have a new title to introduce to you this week from Pen & Sword. Eben-Emael and the Defence of Fortress Belgium, 1940 looks like a really interesting title as it features a lot of new information on the famous historic battle that was a German attack on Belgian forts.

We have now received new shipments of the following titles and only have several copies left of each. These titles are really well done and we highly recommend the following:

Next, we have some good news regarding the new Trojca titles: Panzerjager, Volume 3; Panzerjager, Volume 4; and Tiger Map Book 1942-1945!! They have arrived in town and we should have them next week – as always, delays with delivery from rail to our store. So, we aren’t quite there yet but progress has been made. We will send out another update as soon as we receive them to provide you with an estimate of when you can expect them to be shipped out.

More good news…. we have just received information that more copies of Bloody Verrieres are on their way to us, and we expect to receive them late next week.

Lastly, just a bit of information regarding Leaping Horseman books. A couple of their titles have gone out of print recently and they seem to be selling fast. Also, it is expensive and time consuming to bring them in. We have a couple of each left from last order, so if you like their books and want more, do not delay in ordering them.

We have three new titles today with which to entice you. A History of the Mediterranean Air War, 1940-1945, Vol. 5: From the Fall of Rome to the End of the War 1944-1945 is on the way to us and should be here late next week.

We are also taking orders for StuG III Brigade 191, 1940–1945 The Buffalo Brigade in Action in the Balkans, Greece and from Moscow to Kursk and Sevastopol and Bloody Verrieres: The I. SS-Panzerkorps Defence of the Verrieres-Bourguebus Ridges, Vol. I: Operations Goodwood & Atlantic, 18–22 July 1944, which will be reaching us at the end of the month, perhaps earlier if we are lucky. Please order now so that when they arrive we can make sure that you do not miss out.

There are several other shipments on the way and we should have them soon, and will be filling orders as they come in. Lastly, the Trojca shipment has left Hamburg and hopefully will still get here just before Christmas. We will try to ship those books out before the end of the year.

We really hate to start off this update with some disappointing news, but we promise to end on a good note…

The shipment of the 3 new Waldemar Trojca titles (which includes several of his titles that were out of stock) has now been delayed 3 times. Originally, we were to receive the books at the beginning of December. Now, we have been told that the shipment is supposed to reach us on December 21, 2021. While that would make us somewhat less unhappy, this past experience has not convinced us that the shipment will arrive before the beginning of January 2022. We are truly sorry that this might disappoint many of you. Believe us, we are as disappointed and frustrated as you are. Please be assured that if anything changes regarding the shipment’s progress, we will update you. Thank you for your patience.

On a happier note, we would like to report that the new title from Loyalty & Honor, VII. Battalion LSSAH 1942, has arrived and we still have 3 copies available for sale. Additionally, we are awaiting shipments from the following publishers: Leaping Horseman (Guderian’s Foxes), Eagle Editions (Fighters of the Iron Cross) and Helion (Norwegian Volunteers of the Waffen-SS). As soon as we receive them, all back orders will be filled.

It looks like an excellent photo album, as you will be able to see from the sample pages included.

Now, the regular price will be $110.00. But, as an early holiday treat, if you order by the end of Sunday, November 21st, the price will be lowered to $100.00, plus the regular shipping (sorry, no further discounts apply). You will not be charged until the book is shipped.

For those who ordered it, you have been but on the wait list and will receive it as soon as it arrives to us. Please accept our apologies for the confusion.

We know that a lot of you have been asking, but we have some great news to pass on. All three titles will be picked up from the printer in Europe tomorrow. An interesting group of books for your perusal today.

Ostfront Panzers 2: Belorussia 1943 – 44, the 2nd volume from this publisher, presents more excellent photographs. We have a limited number in stock, do not know when we can get more.

The Tiger Tank and Allied Intelligence Volumes 1 to 4 – We have received 2 sets of this interesting coverage of the information on the Tiger that the Allies acquired during the war. Three of the four volumes have a couple of lightly crumpled top corners, and so we have lowered the price to $220.00.

For the aircraft lovers, we offer 9 excellent, high quality titles from Valiant Publishers. We brought in 2 of each title and will place another order in a few days, once we gauge the orders and interest in them. There are more aircraft in the series and we can bring them in if there is enough interest in the two series. Due to the shipping costs and transit delays, we have to make sure that our orders are large enough and that most of the books are sold before they arrive.
